President

Dillon has 16 years of experience in the energy industry. As President, he oversees the company’s day-to-day operations, executing strategic priorities while aligning commercial, financial, risk, legal, and technology functions to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence. He began his career in 2010 as a P&L and Business Control Analyst on Bank of America’s power desk, then held product control and risk roles at Citi Commodities and Uniper, including nearly six years as Director of Risk for Power and Gas Trading. He joined Spotlight Energy in 2020, progressing from Director of Risk Management to Chief Risk Officer before being named President in 2025. Dillon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School.
