Jared Kaiser

Chief Commercial Officer

Jared has 30 years of experience in the natural gas and energy trading industry. He began his career at Tenneco Energy in 1995 before moving to Enron, and later held origination roles at UBS Warburg Energy and Total Gas & Power North America. He spent over 16 years at bp, rising to Chief Operating Officer of Natural Gas Liquids and Olefins and ultimately COO of Natural Gas, overseeing all commercial customer-facing activity across bp’s North American gas business. In 2021, he founded PathPoint Energy, serving as CEO until its acquisition by Spotlight Energy in 2025, after which he joined Spotlight as Chief Commercial Officer, responsible for commercial strategy across trading, marketing, origination, and customer relationships. Jared holds an MBA from the University of Houston and BBAs in Accounting and Finance from Texas A&M University.
